If you have purchased one of our vouchers, dance class packages or bridal packages, then you will receive an email shortly with your voucher. Please check your junk mail or spam folder, as we find some email providers send the voucher email into this folder instead of your inbox. If the voucher hasn't arrived in either your inbox or junk mail folder within 30 minutes please email [email protected] with your name and order number so that one of our friendly staff can follow it up for you.
If you have purchased an event related product (Event Ticket or DVD Pre-Order), then you will be contacted closer to those events in relation to your purchase.
Please Note: Any orders requiring shipping of physical products purchased from the 21st of December until early January will have extended delivery times due to the Christmas and New Years Holidays. We thank you for your understanding and patience.
