Dancing is about bringing people together in a positive environment so that we can all enjoy movement, music, and each other. There are many out there who aren't as lucky, which is why we try to support those who need it.
Whilst we can only do much as a dance school, The Royal Children's Hospital is doing countless hours improving the health and well-being of children and adolescents through their various healthcare, research and education avenues.
The Good Friday Appeal raises much needed funds for equipment, research and education to support the work of The Royal Children's Hospital. The funds go directly to the hospital, and is spread across research, equipment and treatments.
So we do what we do: from Trivia Nights, Social Dances, Pie-in-the-face contests and life sized hungry hippo games, we have wanted to do our part with the MarShere Community to raise these much needed funds. To all the studios, Principals, teachers and most importantly the students and families, we have raised a combined amount of $24,225.05!
This puts our fundraising efforts since 2014 to over $55,000.00 to various charities across Australia. It is very heart-warming to know that every dollar counts. We are humbled to have such a supportive 'MarShere family' in that we can come together and make good things happen!

MarShere also tries to help those in the local community with their fundraising efforts. Whilst we are limited in what we can offer, send us an email and we would be more than happy to consider your donation request.
